A little about me
The person
behind the camera.
I’m Oleg, a photographer and filmmaker based near St Andrews in Scotland.
Photography has taken me from golf courses and landscapes across Scotland to wedding days, intimate celebrations and the people at the centre of them.
What I enjoy most has never been simply making a beautiful image. It’s getting to know the people in front of the camera, noticing the moments that happen quietly, and creating something that still feels like them years later.

Where it began
I started by working with local businesses across Fife and Scotland, creating photography, films and aerial content for a wide range of projects.
It gave me the freedom to experiment — with cameras, drone photography, movement, stabilisers, sound and the way a sequence of images can tell a story.
More than anything, it taught me to look beyond a single photograph and think about atmosphere, place and the feeling behind what I was creating.
Then came golf
Golf photography became a major part of my work, particularly around St Andrews and some of Scotland’s best-known courses, including the St Andrews Links and Kingsbarns.
Alongside photographing visiting golfers and private groups, I’ve also created photography and film for golf-related businesses and clubhouse projects — combining ground photography, video, drone work and storytelling.
Golf taught me patience, anticipation and how to work naturally around people without interrupting what is happening in front of me. Often, you have only a second to recognise the moment, find the composition and capture it — something that now strongly influences the way I photograph weddings.
The golf side of my work continues as its own project today, and I still photograph golfers and golf-related projects whenever my schedule allows.
